  • Health Coaching

    We currently offer 1:1 online health coaching, meaning that you can access your coaching session from anywhere. We start with a longer discovery session which usually lasts around 90 minutes after which each session is around an hour. At the end of each session there will be a summary of what we have discussed, and some clear goal setting so you have a roadmap to follow before your next session. For some people one session is enough, but we would encourage you to join up for a course of support so that we can really move you forward. Interested?   • Lifestyle Medicine

    Lifestyle Medicine involves looking at broader aspects of your daily life and routine and is rooted in six different pillars of health. Exploring each of these areas helps to identify positive life changes that are simple to implement. If you choose to explore how Lifestyle Medicine can help you we will work together to develop a Lifestyle Medicine prescription with actionable steps you can take and a clear plan.   • Life Coaching

    Health is multi-layered and the way we live our lives can really feed in to our sense of health and wellbeing. Exploring your life and general sense of wellbeing may highlight to you areas of your life that you would like to develop or change. We can support you to work through this, set goals and set out a really clear plan to get you there.

  • Holistic Health Assessment

    Holistic health assessments take in to account the wholeness of the person including physical, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing.

    Tapping in to many years of nursing experience allows us to support you with an overall holistic health assessment and provide you with signposting and practical advice.
